INTEREST RATES AT NEAR ALL TIME LOW!
With the interest rates taking a tumble it's become a hot topic of wheather or not you think now would be the time to refinance. Well, let me tell you my professional opinion. Anyone that's worked with me can tell you "I am the tell is like it is girl". So, I must tell you what I think at this point.
First we know that the rates are extremely low. There is also a tax rebate to the first time homebuyer of $8000. this year. This does not mention the National Stabilization Programs that are out there in many of these counties including Pasco. So, all this combined, yes, yup, and yaaaaa....it's a great time to buy or refinance which ever you chose.
I have to tell you though straight up, that as a Realtor the one thing that I hate is handing over my hard earned paperwork to the lenders. I never know who I'm going to be dealing with and I espectially don't know how they will be treating my clients. I have suffered through many emotional trials because of our lenders and let me tell you ladies and gentlemen, it isn't pretty!
